Reiki 1: A Safe Space to Begin

I first came across Reiki on a trek to Machu Picchu in 2008, and it changed the course of my life. What no one tells you about Reiki is that it's a safe space to heal, from the things you're aware of and the things you've long forgotten.

Reiki 1 is an introduction, to the practice, the energy, and for those who let it - the start of a real journey of self-discovery. You don't need any experience or particular beliefs. Just an openness to it.
